Homer’s financial experience spans many years in various roles. In his early years, he worked to coach, develop and train advisors, which grew to a branch management role in Honolulu where he led that office to become the firm’s #1 branch in the country. Edward Kelly
CFP®, CLU, ChFC, APMA
Wealth Advisor

A wealth advisor with more than 35 years of experience, Ed has dedicated his life to learning and helping others.

Throughout his career, he has discovered six essential tenets to guide his financial planning approach:

  • Having an updated, annual plan is better (much better) than not having one.
  • Having a team of advisors collaborating on your behalf is essential.
  • “Tax Alpha” or having a specific, proactive plan to save money on taxes now, and over the rest of your life, is critical.
  • Most people take far too much risk in their portfolio than they (or their advisors) realize.
  • It is always a good idea (and is not disloyal) to have another professional examine your finances because you and your family deserve that stress test.
