With roughly 25 years of financial industry experience working for Fortune 500 companies, Guy has spent most of his career as a pension consultant helping business owners maximize their retirement plan benefits.

At Konvergent Wealth Partners, Guy’s focus is on providing employers with new tools and creative ideas around retirement planning to help differentiate them from competitors, attract and retain talent, reduce costs, streamline administrative duties, and build a culture that empowers employees to take charge of their retirement goals and outcomes.

In addition to specializing in traditional 401k plans, he consults on business succession planning, non-qualified deferred compensation, ESOP’s, 403b’s, and defined benefit plans. He leverages his two decades of knowledge in the retirement plan industry to provide valuable insight while creating unique strategies for success.

Guy graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor of Science degree. While at LSU, Guy was a 3-year Varsity letterman as a member of the men’s swimming team and was inducted into his high school Athletic Hall of Fame in Plano, TX.

As a proud father, he enjoys spending time with is wife Mari, his son, Guy IV, and his daughter Denali. His competitive spirit has helped his children excel in sports such as basketball, football, and gymnastics. In addition to traveling for his kids sporting events and practices, you’ll find Guy out fishing with friends any chance he can get on the water.
