About the Role
Konvergent Wealth Management is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end prospect to client process. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the clarity, precision, and performance of our revenue operations, enabling our team to better serve our clients and drive sustainable growth.
Reporting directly to our founder, you will steward every deal in motion, track and manage pipeline activities, oversee proposal quality, and refine internal processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Engagement Process across all stages, ensuring a seamless and proactive client experience.
Track Every Deal in motion to ensure nothing slips through the cracks and that every opportunity is advanced systematically.
Drive the Daily Hot List of active opportunities, maintaining updated information and ensuring action steps are clear and complete.
Own and Optimize Pipeline Meetings and reporting, ensuring that all revenue data is accurate, current, and actionable.
Lead a talented team of professionals, meeting with them to align activities with strategic priorities and ensure efficient execution.
Implement Quality Control (QC) of Proposals to maintain high standards of clarity, client alignment, and professionalism.
Learn and Master Our Internal Tools to provide hands-on proposal support during high volume periods and to enhance team agility.
Continuously Refine the Engagement Process, focusing on reintroducing the “small but significant” elements that elevate client and team experience.
Collaborate Closely with the Director of Operations to support ongoing systemization and growth initiatives.
Participate in Weekly Function Leader Meetings as a core member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and cross-functional alignment.

Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000 – $135,000, based on experience.
Semi-Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 50% of annual base pay, based on contributions and impact.

Qualifications
5-years in a revenue operations role with a proven track record of maximizing opportunities and creating efficiencies
Experience as a Financial Advisor or significant experience working within a financial advisory firm is strongly preferred.
Proven Track Record managing revenue pipelines and/or leading revenue-focused operational teams.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Asana project management tools is highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision, urgency, and attention to detail.
